Below is some info from Laura Davis, who will be the coordinator of our Duty Parents and Tuesday dinner parents. She'll be scheduling Duty Parents for our regular appearances on:
TUESDAYS 5-7 pm
THURSDAYS 5-7 pm
SUNDAYS, as announced in the choir calendar
OTHER LOCAL APPEARANCES, as noted in the choir calendar
Veteran Parents - please note the adjustment in the Tuesday and Thursday rehearsal schedules.
Laura will give some verbal information at our meeting on Saturday (in the camp Chapel, following the songs that the Girls will sing for the parents at 10:30 am).
We'll also provide you with a further summary of Duty and Dinner Parent responsibilities in writing. What she'll need to know from you is whether or not you already know that you wouldn't be available on particular days, or wouldn't be available on a weekly basis on one of the days in question. Parents end up with Duty Parent assignment three or four times a semester (on average), and with Tuesday dinner duties less often than that (we have Tuesday dinners no more than twice a month).

The Novice girls arrived on Wednesday to great excitement from the other girls - all are doing well.

I am beginning to work on the Fall schedule of Duty Parents and meal coverage.
Please email me ASAP at ljdavis61@sbcglobal.net to let me know if you have a
preference for or against a particular day of the week and I will try to make a
schedule that works for everyone.
I would like to bring a preliminary schedule for the first couple of months to the
end-of-camp meeting for review and then post the final version on the choir
calendar as soon as possible thereafter. See you by the lake!
